1. Service
TerraCelest provides professional home cleaning services in the Ekurhuleni East area. Bookings are subject to cleaner availability.

2. Pricing & payment
Prices shown at booking are estimates. Final amount is confirmed before payment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

3. Access & safety
You must provide safe access to the property. Valuables should be secured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage.

4. Cleaners
Cleaners are independent or contracted. We perform background checks where applicable but you remain responsible for supervising access.

5. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific booking. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of the clean.
